These are working terms. They should be reviewed by your legal adviser before launch.
1. Using GOLLAL.GM
GOLLAL.GM is a platform that connects jobseekers and employers in The Gambia. You must give accurate information and keep your account details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Jobseekers
You may apply for vacancies, save jobs and manage your profile. Do not submit false information or apply on behalf of someone else without permission.
3. Employers
You may publish genuine vacancies for real roles. Every job is reviewed before it is published, and we may reject, pause or remove a job, or suspend an account, where our rules are not met. You must not request payment from candidates.
4. Content and conduct
Do not post unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or harmful content. We may remove content and restrict accounts to protect users of the platform.
5. No guarantee of employment
We do not guarantee that a vacancy will be filled or that any application will be successful. Hiring decisions are made by employers.
6. Payments
Paid employer packages are charged as shown at the time of purchase. Payment terms, refunds and package features are described on the pricing page.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
