What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), profile information you choose to add, applications you submit, jobs you save, and technical information needed to run the service securely.
How we use it
To operate your account, show you relevant vacancies, deliver your applications to the employers you apply to, moderate the platform, and keep users safe from scams.
Who can see your information
Your profile visibility is yours to control. Employers see your application and the profile details attached to it only when you apply to them. Candidate profiles, CVs and applications are never published publicly. Internal employer notes are private to that employer, and reporter identities are never shared.
Keeping data safe
Access to data is restricted at the database level, so each person can only reach the records they are entitled to. Privileged actions are recorded in an audit log.
Your choices
You can update or delete your profile information, withdraw an application where allowed, and stop job alerts at any time.
