Employer terms
These are working terms for employers, recruitment agencies and institutions. They should be reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before launch.
GOLLAL.GM is operated by Web Plus Graphics. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Web Plus Graphics acting as the operator of GOLLAL.GM.
1. Who may advertise
Employers, recruitment agencies and institutions may advertise vacancies where they are genuinely hiring, or are authorised to recruit on behalf of the hiring organisation. Your account details and organisation name must be accurate and kept up to date.
2. Genuine vacancies only
Every advert must describe a real, currently open role. Adverts used to collect personal data, promote training or products, or recruit for schemes rather than employment are not permitted.
3. No fees to candidates
You must never ask a candidate to pay any amount at any stage — application fees, registration fees, training fees, medical fees, placement fees or deposits. Accounts that do so are removed.
4. Review before publication
Every vacancy is reviewed before it becomes public. We may ask for changes, reject an advert, take it offline or suspend an account where these terms are not met. Editing a published vacancy sends it back for review.
5. Fair and lawful recruitment
Adverts must comply with applicable Gambian employment law and must not discriminate unlawfully. Requirements stated in an advert should relate to the job itself.
6. Candidate information
Applications, profiles and CVs shared with you may only be used to assess the candidate for the role they applied to. Do not publish, resell or pass this information to a third party without the candidate's consent.
7. Packages and payment
Paid packages are charged as shown at the time of purchase and start once we have verified your payment. Package length, limits and features are described on the pricing page and in the payment and refund policy.
8. Accuracy and responsibility
You are responsible for the content of your adverts and for your hiring decisions. We do not guarantee a number of applications, a level of visibility, or that a role will be filled.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the employer tools after an update means you accept the revised terms.
