Payment and refund policy

GOLLAL.GM is operated by Web Plus Graphics. Employer payments are received by Web Plus Graphics as the operator of GOLLAL.GM, not by a separate payment company.
Who pays
Jobseekers never pay to search, apply or keep a profile on GOLLAL.GM. Payment applies only to employer packages shown on the pricing page.
How to pay
Employers pay by bank transfer or by mobile money using the details shown in the employer dashboard. Because the platform is operated by Web Plus Graphics, the account name on a bank transfer appears as Web Plus Graphics.
Confirming your payment
After paying, submit the amount, the date, your transaction or reference number and a copy of your receipt from the employer dashboard. This lets us match your payment to your account.
Verification and activation
Payments are checked manually by our team. A package starts only once the payment is verified, and it runs for the number of days shown for that package. If we cannot match a payment, we will ask you for more information.
Refunds
If a payment is made in error, duplicated, or a package could not be activated, tell us and we will review it and refund where appropriate. Once a package is active and in use, fees are generally non-refundable, and unused days at the end of a package are not carried over or refunded.
Prices and changes
Prices are shown in Gambian dalasi. We may change prices or package features; a change never affects a package that is already active.
