Located along Sankung Sillah Road, opposite Police Garage, Kanifing, The Gambia, the company is committed to providing affordable, reliable, and environmentally friendly cooking gas solutions to households and businesses across the country. Established by two brothers, Mr. Babucarr Njegan, the Proprietor and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Mr. Ebrima Njegan, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Deputy CEO), the company has grown from humble beginnings into an emerging player in The Gambia’s gas industry. Our History and Growth Njegan Brothers Gas Company Ltd. began as a small-scale business known as Bana-Bana. Through hard work, determination, perseverance, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, the business continued to grow and was formally registered and incorporated as a limited liability company in 2018. Starting with an initial capital of just D15,000, the company has expanded its operations and grown its investment to approximately D2 million dalasis. This remarkable journey reflects the founders’ entrepreneurial spirit, dedication, and vision for the future of the energy sector in The Gambia. Today, Njegan Brothers Gas Company Ltd. continues to expand its presence, serving customers across the country through its growing network of outlets.
