Advertising terms
These are working terms for advertisers. They should be reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before launch.
GOLLAL.GM is operated by Web Plus Graphics, which receives advertising payments as the operator of the platform.
1. Booking and approval
Every advertisement is reviewed before it appears. We may decline a booking, ask for changes, or remove an advertisement at any time. Placing an order does not guarantee publication.
2. Payment
A campaign starts only after payment has been received and verified by our team. Prices, durations and placements are those shown at the time of booking.
3. Campaign duration
Campaigns run for the number of days in the package purchased and stop automatically at the end date. Short interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons do not extend a campaign unless we agree otherwise.
4. Content responsibility
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use the images, names and text in your advertisement, and that its claims are accurate and lawful. You remain responsible for the advertisement and for the page it links to.
5. Prohibited content
We do not accept advertising that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, defamatory, adult, or that promotes fraud, illegal recruitment, or any scheme asking jobseekers to pay a fee for work.
6. Destination links
Links must use a secure address, must work for the whole campaign, and must lead to the page described in the advertisement. We may pause an advertisement whose link is broken or redirects elsewhere.
7. Refunds and cancellation
If we decline an advertisement before it goes live, the payment is refunded or applied to another booking. Once a campaign is live, fees are generally non-refundable. If we remove an advertisement because it breaks these terms, no refund is due.
8. Reporting
We report views and clicks recorded by our own system. These are estimates, are not audited, and do not measure unique people.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. A change never affects a campaign that is already live.
