We bring vacancies from Gambian employers into one place, so jobseekers can search, compare and apply without chasing scattered adverts. Employers get a straightforward way to publish roles, receive applications and manage their hiring.
How we keep the platform trustworthy
- Every vacancy is reviewed by our moderation team before it becomes public.
- Anyone can report a job, and reports stay confidential.
- Employers can complete our checks to display a Gollal Verified Employer badge.
- Candidate profiles, CVs and applications are private and never published.

My name is Ousman Jah, Founder and Director of GOLLAL.GM, a Gambian digital employment platform established to connect jobseekers with employers and employment opportunities.
My vision is to help make employment information more accessible to Gambians by using digital technology to connect people, businesses, and institutions.
With a background in web development, graphic design, and training, I believe digital solutions can play an important role in addressing practical challenges and creating new opportunities.
GOLLAL.GM was developed around a simple mission: to connect jobseekers with opportunities and help employers reach potential candidates through an accessible online platform.
I recognise that trust, transparency, and responsible platform management are essential in online recruitment. We are committed to improving access to employment information, encouraging responsible recruitment practices, and helping users recognise and avoid suspicious job offers.
I welcome engagement with employers, government institutions, NGOs, development partners, businesses, and jobseekers who share an interest in improving access to employment opportunities in The Gambia.
